Step 1: Upon receiving your order, we'll turn your submitted photo/image into a hand-drawn outline art.Step 2: Your line drawing will be in que for laser engraving on your selected item.Step 3: Quality check prior to gift-ready packaging and ship off!

Refund/return policy

- Every handcrafted product or engraved product is unique, made to order, and/or engraved. All of our engraving orders are made to order. And as a result, they can not be returned and are non-refundable.- If your item arrives broken/damaged, please email us at hello@amblecs.com and our team will help you proceed with a replacement. You must submit a claim within 5 business days from the date the product was received by you.- We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.- You can always contact us for any questions at hello@amblecs.com

About ACS candle

Our custom engraved candle has been ideated and started to develop since 2022. By the wife + husband cofounders who struggled to find candles that are memorable and gift-worthy home decor pieces with a good smell.Our candle is 100% soy wax candle, which is vegan, paraffin-free and paraben-free, in a reusable ceramic vessel.All of our candles use lead-free cotton wicks and non-toxic fragrance oils, which means no phthalate, paraben, or formaldehydes.Each candle is hand-poured in FL & designed, engraved, and assembled in NYC. It comes with gift-ready packaging. Made in the U.S.A.

When will I receive my order?

All of our personalized products are made-to-order. We're working hard to complete your order as soon as we can. Currently, our processing time for candle orders takes about 2-3 weeks to be ready to be shipped.This does not include the time it takes for the order to be delivered to you once it ships.

What kinds of photo do I upload for better results?

Please make sure your photo is like this below:1. A photo of mid shot or full body shotMid shot (1/2 headshot): it is usually cropped right around the waist area or slightly below like the lower hip.
Full body shot: the entire body (head to toe) is visible.
2. A high-resolution photoThis will allow us to zoom in and create a better line drawing!

Do you offer design proof?

In order to ship out all orders within a reasonable time frame, outline preview is currently not provided. We'll announce if we can bring this offer.

Candle Care Guide

To get the most out of your candle and to ensure an even burn, allow the entire surface of wax to melt (2-3 hours) the first time you light your new candle.During the burn, try to limit each burn to a max of 3-4 hours, make sure the container is on a suitable surface, and keep it away from drafty areas. Never leave your candle unattended and do not leave your candle lit for more than 4 hours.In between burns, trim your candle wick to ¼” in before lighting. This will help reduce smoke, maximize your candle’s burn time, and reduce soot, carbon build up, and mushrooming.In regards to safety, make sure to keep your candle's surface and wax pool free of debris. Never use your lid to extinguish the flame.Your candle should be retired when there is about 0.5" of wax left in the jar. Remove the remaining wax and then recycle your jar.
